Shipping area

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We do not currently offer international delivery through checkout.

Processing time

Order processing time is normally 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Processing may take longer if payment review, address verification, inventory review, or order information is incomplete.

Shipping time

Shipping time after shipment is normally 10 to 15 business days, depending on destination, carrier availability, weather, holidays, and other carrier conditions.

Total estimated delivery time

Total estimated delivery time is normally 11 to 18 business days after the order is placed. This estimate combines the 1 to 3 business day processing time and the 10 to 15 business day shipping time.

Shipping cost

Free Standard Shipping is available for eligible United States orders shown at checkout. Any shipping cost that applies to an order will be displayed before payment.

Carriers and tracking

Orders may ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another carrier partner depending on destination and service availability. When tracking is available, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Incorrect addresses and delivery issues
