These Billing Terms explain how payments are handled for orders placed on solestarr.com.
Accepted payment method
Checkout currently accepts major credit and debit cards through Pay by Card via Stripe. Available card options are shown on the checkout page before payment is submitted.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in US dollars unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise.
Payment timing
Payment is submitted when you place an order. Your order may be reviewed before fulfillment if payment verification, address verification, fraud review, or inventory review is required.
Order totals
The checkout page displays the product price, shipping charge, discounts, and any applicable tax before payment. Please review the total before submitting your order.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, the order may not be created or may remain unpaid. You may contact your card issuer or contact SoleStarr support for help.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method. See our Return and Refund Policy for return eligibility and refund timing.
