Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy explains how eligible returns and refunds are handled for orders placed on solestarr.com.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To start a return, email support@solestarr.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for the request.
Eligible return condition
Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and tags when applicable. We may request photos before approving a return request.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days after delivery and include clear photos of the issue and the package. We will review the case and provide the next step.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without required packaging or order information
- Items sent back without prior return approval
- Final sale items when the product page clearly identifies the item as final sale before purchase
Return instructions
Do not send items back before receiving return instructions from SoleStarr. Approved returns will receive instructions by email, including the return destination and any required return authorization details.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, we normally process an approved refund within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the refund.
Original shipping and return shipping
Original shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is required because we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. For returns due to size, fit, preference, or other customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, SoleStarr will provide return instructions and cover the approved return shipping method.
